Well I have to disagree with that. i don't think there are plenty of
PGs out there who can play defence just as well. I also think Palacio
knows his role. 25 years isn't so old.
I am a huge proponent of establishing roles and keeping a player in
that role. Palacio is a good 3rd PG who can play defence, won't take
crazy shots, is cheap and can be in and out of the lineup as needed.
I don't think the Raps could find a young promising player who could
fill that role well. Maybe in the offseason, but not right now.
