According to NY news media, the Raptors are close to signing Piston
assistant, Kevin O'Neill.

This is a good move by the Raptors. Remember Rick Carlisle wasn't a
big name when he signed with Detroit. I could see the same thing
happening here with O'Neill who is a tough-minded coach like Carlisle.
