Sources say the Cavaliers were willing to trade Ricky Davis to the
Raptors for point guard Alvin Williams even though he has five years
left on his six-year, $31.3 million contract. Williams averaged 13.2
points and 5.3 assists this season, and it's believed he would
complement LeBron James.

From a purely stats point of view, this trade favours the Raptors.
Davis' stats (20 points, 5.7 assists, 1.6 steals) better Alvin's
stats in almost every respect. But in terms of team chemistry, this
may be a bad move. I don't know. Davis sort of reminds me of Isaiah
Rider. A selfish, one-dimensional player.

I'm still not sold on this one. Sure, on one hand, Davis will give us a great scoring option. Someone who can score 20 points a night and take the load off...
