Hello All,
We were unable to raise money for Interfaith Care Alliance last month, but it was a success. Roger came by and set up a booth, thank you..... Because of this, Chris and I found out information on Hill Country Ride for Aids and I just registered both of us on this 120 mile ride. So thanks for the info Roger and thanks for coming to set up a booth.
March's charity will benefit Project Transitions. Project Transitions will have some guest's down from Wisconsin for Spring Break, so help me welcom them. Rainbow Skatenight will be held Monday, March 21st from 8pm-10:30pm at our usual spot, 9415 Anderson Mill Road. Admission is $6.00 and as always rollerblades are welcomed.
I am looking forward to another funfilled year of skating with you all again. Last year was a very slow year for us, and we had to move our skatenight to once a month instead of two. I am hoping in working with the charities to get more of a crowd out to skate with us. I have a few ideas with some other charities to help promote our skatenight this year as well!!! If you have any suggestions, please feel free to e-mail me at jsvetlik2003@... . Also you can check out our Skating Schedule for 2005. Note that March and April are noth the second Monday of the month as usual due to scheduling conflicts. Don updated our website. The link is http://www.main.org/rainbowskate/
Hope to see everyone there!!
James D. Svetlik
