I would like to invite everyone to the Montrose Frozen Blueberry 5K in Montrose,
MI on Saturday, January 26th at 10 a.m. There will be a 5K run and a 5K
competitive walk. These are outdoors and on the roads on Montrose. There will
be 1 water station and it is chipped timed at the finish.

The overall and masters winners will receive a customized basket of goodies.
The first place finishers in 5 year age groups will receive a medal. It may go
deeper depending on the turnout for the awards ceremony.

www.blueberryrace.com. While you are there at the website, sign up for the
updates. I send out newsletters with all kinds of information on what's going
on with the race and as we get closer to August it will also include tidbits on
the festival itself.

I hope that those that are close enough will join us, as this is the 1st annual
showing of the race. If you are unable to make it for January, keep us in mind
for August. We also have a whole festival with camping in August. The closest
hotels are in Birch Run by the outlet mall.
