"Commonwealth Games Selection 2010



Walks - Qualifying times (The qualifying period is from January 1st 2009
to June 27th 2010):

Women 20km: 1 hour 42 minutes

Men 20km: 1 hour 29 minutes



The first English eligible athlete in the UK and RWA Championships
subject to having met the qualifying time in the designated period will
be selected. Up to two other athletes may be selected, subject to
achieving the qualifying time, in the stated period. All performances
must be achieved in National Championships, EAA or IAAF sanctioned
events held under IAAF rules.



Final selection for the England Commonwealth Games team and European
Championships will be finalised following the Aviva European trials and
UK Championships on 27 June 2010."



Luke Finch, Daniel King, Dominic King and Johanna Jackson currently thus
hold qualifying times set in EAA competitions within the qualifying
period.
