I have written to Euromanx in the last week or two to request
whether they consider sponsoring the meeting next year.
As some of you may know, the long running sponsor of this event was the
now defunct Manx Airlines.
If you are traveling over then if you can drop a mention that the reason
you are flying to the Island is for this meeting, then I am sure it will
do our cause no harm at all.
Euromanx have recently taken over this route from flybe who used to operate
to London city and have expanded considerably in the last 12 months or so.
We flew to last years 50km in Colchester with Euromanx and Tigger (Steve
Taylor) was able to
get a better rate than normal despite the fact that only around six of us
travelled.
If those of you travelling from south can get your act together you may well
get a better
rate than usual.
Any of you who would like further details of the event should surf to
www.manxharriers.com
where you should find all the info you need including regularly updated
entry lists.
If you need any further info, give me (Bridget) a call on 01624 852884.
Train well,
Look forward to seeing all of you in March
Bridget
Regards
