12.00pm Athletics Ireland National 30km Championships
Senior Men 20km

12.00pm Senior Women 20km & 10km

12.00pm Junior Men, Women 10km

12.00pm Boys U-11 1km, U-13 1500m, U-15 2km, U-17 3km

12.00pm Girls U-11 1km, U-13 1500m, U-15 2km, U-17 3km

If any athletes want to do a distance different from above, official times
and results will be made available for that athlete provided the athlete
makes their intentions known to the officials on the day.
