Olympic Training Center athletes compete at UCSD
La Jolla, CA--With the US Championships less than two weeks away, a large group of athletes from the ARCO Olympic Training Center in Chula Vista will perform their final tune-ups tomorrow. The meet, the 2003 USATF San Diego/Imperial Association Men's Open Track & Field Championship, will be held at the University of Califormia-San Diego (UCSD) Track. Featured athletes include triple jumper Kenta Bell who has the best mark in the world this year and Olympic Racewalkers Curt Clausen, Philip Dunn, and Tim Seaman. Admission to the meet is free and all are encouraged to attend.

Exit Genesee and go West (towards the Ocean)
Turn left on Torrey Pines Road (at a traffic light)
Take first left onto UCSD campus
Go 1/4 mile and track is on the left side
Feel free to park anywhere as parking is not regulated on the weekends (or so I was told).
