Happy New Year!

Thanks to everyone who participated in our intramural league. This
year was the largest league we've ever had, with 10 teams and 52 players.

The team award goes to the B-Sharps (Lara Hasan, Chris Lionel, and
Ryerson Neal), with a winning percentage of 0.750, which was just
enough to edge out the 2nd-place A-Team.

The Division I player of the year is Tim Mikkelsen (71.0 pts/game).
The Division II player of the year is Jason Dickson (56.5 pts/game).
And the rookie of the year is Morgan Ring (45.3 pts/game).

We will have a small awards ceremony this Wednesday @ 6:00 (room to be
determined) before our first NAQT sectionals practice.

Intramural play will resume in September 2008, but if you want to keep
up your trivia skills, the next few weeks we'll be devoting sessions
to practising for the NAQT Sectional tournament February 10th in
Ottawa and the ACF Regionals February 17th in Hamilton.
