On March 29th and 30th (Friday and Saturday), the Red Sox will be in
Houston to play the Astros. They are a couple of the last exhibition games
played before the regular season begins. The Red Sox are my favorite team,
so I'm planning on going to see these games. Cory and Carrie have also
expressed interest in going. If anyone else is interested in going, please
let me know, and we can buy our tickets together. The tickets go on sale
this Thursday (the 7th), so try to let me know ASAP. We'll figure out
driving and lodging arrangements later. The Friday game is an evening
game, and the Saturday game is an afternoon game.
There is also supposed to be a game on Sunday, but I don't know who is
playing in it yet. Presumably it will be announced before the tickets go
on sale. Depending on who they are playing on Sunday, some of us may want
to stay and see that also. We'll figure that out later. For now, tell me
if you'd like to join us.
Oh, I think tickets will cost a maximum of $14 per game, unless they
deviate from their Spring Training ticket prices (these being exhibition
games, not quite the same thing).
That's all for now.
