Starbucks forced Star Brewing of Texas to stop brewing a
'Star-bock' beer they came up with, even though they only sold
it by the glass in their brewpub!

Texas A&M is jamming the Seahawks about the '12th Man' moniker too.

Both are lame examples, but sadly, Specialized reasoning of having to defend
it
or lose the trademark makes sense.
