This rider attended last nights trail patrol training in Forest Grove. We did a
couple of outside training exercises on crime scene grid searching and
estimating distances. It was good to get out of the basement on such a nice
evening.
 
It looks like we have helicopter and GPS training coming up.  I will keep you
all posted on that.  The helicopter training is the best one they do.  The most
fun and the most relevant to us.
 
Stephanie Beall announced that our own Ryan K will be leading the trail party on
the 18th on behalf of ODF and PUMP.
 
Steph also said the Step Trail out of Reehers is to be finished in August by the
blessed inmates of South Fork.  We are getting mixed messages about whether we
can, or cannot use South Fork crews for trail work.
