There was one formed awhile ago. Didn't gain traction but handful of
volunteers. Earlier last year they got a good leader and stuff got going.

Mostly the trail managers are out there every week - no official report, but
just post on BRMBA.org (or in the forum on http://santiambicycle.com) and
you'll get most answers from those in the loop.

FYI - There's also a new race event which has been in the works for awhile
now (they've been building the DH course for past two years), and an
announcement went up about it... the BLACK ROCK FLOW CUP. Check out
http://BRMBA.org forum for the preliminary announcement.
