forth.
Goals: What we have to do:
-Become a cohesive, organized club by delegating tasks.
Roles: Who is doing what:
-Defined coordinator roles describe tasks and cooperation
within.
Processes: How we get our work done:
-Coordinators identify tasks to delegate to willing
volunteers.
Relationships: How we will interact with each other and our ‘sponsors’:
-Frequent communication among the club manager,
coordinators
and volunteers will aid us in interacting with potential
sponsors.

What's our mission statement?
For the record, I don't think we should limit any club access to only
members. The more open we are to share all of our resources to anyone
interested in MTB, the stronger and more attractive, less pretentious, and
more likely we will be to have a higher percentage of the more attractive
sex. Cause god knows, Shane could use all the help he can get.
