So, fello PUMPsters I figured I'd let all of you folks know that I'm
renting my house out @ ne 72 & ne glisan. It's a nice 2 bedroom 1 bath
house with a large detached office/studio space. I'm asking $1250/month
& it's open Jan 1rst. It's a great location to bike out of. Real easy
access to 205/84 heading east & Tabor is a ~ 5 minute ride from the
house for after-work workouts.. Two blocks off of Davis (strait shot -
bike route to downtown) & it took a little less than a half hour when
commutting to Old Town.

Just did a whole bunch of work to it, so those that have been over
before may not even recognize it.

It also has a heated pool (yes I said heated pool), just remodeled the
kitchen & bathroom.

Be willing to do a 6 or 12 month lease
