My house is right there - might be closer than Joe's (for barrier logistics)...
And hey - at least until Mark's back on the bike we know we have a videographer!
I'm thinking wed because that is the best day of the week to do a hard cross specific workout when racing cross on the weekends... tues or thurs would work for lower intensity, but ideally for muscle recovery from the races and reducing fatigue going into them (cause most of us are getting old - those things are important after you turn 30)....
The lack of serious hills makes it less than ideal for run up practice... but, the secret to being fast is the remounts and dismounts and ya can't practice them enough! Goal = to be as fluid as Sven and company (hell i'd settle to be as fluid as Curtis)... but then there isn't that much difference between Curtis and Sven ;)

havent ridden in Haines park. Wednesday can work for me. I'll try to scope
out the course. Is it that area off the bike path just past the town line
where a porta potty sits next to the path? Is it flat there?
