Hey to the 3 or so who are looking. I have been coaching for about 4 years privately helping with the goals of newer racers getting up to speed.  The riders I've coached have been mostly riders who I am comfortable with and know well enough to feel like I can work with them in areas we both know need some work.  Most important is coaching people who will follow the plans, and I don't have to feel like I'm not really helping them.  I've given them plenty of access by email with questions, and usually will make sure to see some early season races and get a quick look.

 

I'm thinking of taking on 2 or 3 riders at most in the coming season, but not fully worked out in terms of time and cost.  If any of you have interest, I'd be happy to make a little time to talk.  Feel free to call me at 617-599-8239.
