Seriously though, right now, the path is pretty much full of shells in certain sections. Armor plated tires or ride through with a hand on your tires are the two options to try and avoid flats. They've cleaned off the path once so far this winter. But those sea gulls have a major jones for some B12 laden mussels and clams, and the cyclists are paying for it with tubes.

before you though. I was looking to hit the ccri campus at 7:30,
then again I always run late by about 10 minutes, so that might
work. Are you riding now? I was looking to start trying it pretty
soon. Maybe a little bit warmer temps in the am... Where are you
leaving from in Prov?
