I'm planning it to be a smooth and slow pace aerobic ride on the weekends. The only requirement is REALLY warm clothes, and a map so you can turn and go home if you don't want to continue. The ride will be VVEERRYY mellow. This is for mellow base. Get it? Let me know if anyone is into it. Currently planning for either Sat morning or Sun morning.
