I am looking to get providence Bruins season tickets... I was
wondering a few things... first off, can I choose teh exact location
fo my seat? as in section/row? And do you ahve to pay it all
upfront?

... You can choose where you want to sit - section, row and seat, but you need to make three choices in case your first and even second choice is not...
