Nothing formal during the week.  Although plenty of PoWER members live in the general vicinity.
I assume that you are speaking of evening rides?
I usually head out Hoadley Rd on most of my training rides.
 
When there isn't any racing on a Saturday the team usually does a TEAM ride that leaves 0830 Saturday morning and goes through Hoadley and out to Independent Hill/Aden Rd where they pick up riders that come in/meet from the PWP direction.  Then they head out Aden Rd and thereabouts for a few hours.

Yes, costs money if in a car and someone is at the booth. You can purchase a yearly pass and I think it is 20 bucks or something like that. Well worth it....
