PoWER CAT4s,

I am trying to echo Dennis' efforts earlier in the season to rally the
CAT 4s so we have more of us at the same races so I just wanted to put
out some of the races I am definitely doing:

Reston Center Grand Prix 29 JUN - (Reb is signed up as well)

Chesapeake Crit, Chesapeake VA: 9 AUG

Coastal Crit, VA Beach VA: 17 AUG

I have seen Dennis race a couple of times and I think he is our
strongest rider right now and we should try to support him has much as
can so we can get PoWER wins (Sorry Dennis for not helping much at Ride
Sally Ride....Heat got to me). What are other races that people are
signed up for?

FYI: Revolution Bicycles in Stafford leads a ride in Prince William
Forest Park on Sundays that begin at 9 am. It is another opportunity to
ride with folks and get the heart rate up
