POTOMAC POLO NEWS

Yesterday the Potomac Polo School hosted Samantha Brown of the Discovery Networks Travel Channel.  Samantha has a regularly broadcast show on the Travel Channel. She currently has two new series in production, One Weekend in ... With Samantha Brown featuring Samantha exploring 48-hour vacation locations in the US and abroad. Her visit to Red Eagle Ranch was in conjunction with the latest episode she is filming based on 48 hours in the Washington DC area.  In September 2007, she was in Beijing, filming Passport to China, to be aired June/July 2008, just ahead of the 2008 Olympics. It is slated to air as three one-hour installments.

Yesterday Samantha came to Potomac Polo School for her first experience in polo as well as to film a commercial for Buick.  Although she has ridden some in the past, she told me that she always wanted to try polo and clearly she came to the right place.  We were delighted to host her and her very nice crew as they filmed Samantha's exploits in the polo arena.
