Potomac Polo School continues with lessons this coming weekend.
We've been having a delightful winter with fair temperatures, really
enthusiastic and fun polo players and some excellent learning
experiences. Lessons contine this weekend so give us a call and come
out and play.
Mary and I are delighted with camaraderie that has developed among
our students and were excited about having the new players join us
in the Potomac Polo Club in 2007. The Potomac Polo Club, which is
celebrating its 51st year as a USPA club, will offer a special rate
for new membership, but only for those coming out of the Potomac
Polo School. The upcoming Club newsletter will provide all the
details. This is an exceptional opportunity to step into real polo
with rated players in a friendly environment. Chukkers will be
designed to match player abilities so you'll never be out of the
game, but we'll have experienced players mixed in to keep the action
as lively as one could want. All you need to get started is at
least one horse. Mary can assist new players with the purchase or
lease of the right polo pony. Don't sit on the fence thinking that
it's too cold to get prepared for the summer or that you'll do this
next year. The time to play is now. Polo is an athletic endeavor
and let's face it we're not getting any younger. So make the best
of your time, get a horse or two and get on the playing field
now.
