We had an exceptionally satisfying clinic this past weekend. Our
attendees were truly excited about the beauty and functionality of
the facilities, the professional instruction provided by Mary and
her brother Joe, and the true esprit de corps exhibited by their
fellow students. We are delighted that several attendees have
elected to lease and/or continue lessons with the school. With the
Potomac Polo Club operating at full speed this year we have ample
opportunities for new players to step up to club-level play as soon
as they are ready. More clinics will be offered in the Fall.

Regular school classes continue each Wednesday evening at 6:30 PM.
Please make certain that you arrive 15 minutes early. Your horse,
as always, will be tacked and ready to go, but by arriving early you
show respect for your fellow polo students and the instructors by
enabling the class to start promptly at 6:30 PM. Remember, you must
call ahead (that is by the day before) to schedule your
participation. Please remember to bring you check book for payment
if you are not already prepaid for your lesson package.

The Potomac Polo Club officially opens the 2006 season this Saturday
at 18911 Beallsville Road on the grass field. Although we've been
playing most every week in May in the outdoor arena, this Saturday
will be the official opening day on the grass. Play starts at 10 AM
and we'd be delighted to welcome any spectators who wish to attend.
There is no charge and we suggest that you bring lawn chairs and
picnic supplies for a nice tailgate party along the sidelines.
Dress is casual. Pets absolutely must be on a leash at all times.
The players will have a BBQ after the match.
