A correction for the date of the league consolation game---it will
be held on Sunday July 13th. And since the school is closed for the
4th of July Holiday this weekend, that doesn't leave a lot of time
for practice so try to head out on Thursday of this week (but we
already have 10 signed up for the 6PM class so there isn't much
space left). To meet the demand we will have scheduled another class
at 3PM this Thursday for those who will start their weekend early---
and what better way to start the holiday than to sneak out of work
early and mix it up on the polo field. Be a kid again and have some
fun in life before it passes you by! After that, our next class
will be on Tuesday evening July 8th.
Last night's class was full and we had a great time. We hope
everyone has a superb and safe holiday weekend. Mary and I will be
playing as much polo with the Potomac Polo Club as we can get
this "off" weekend, as we continue to tune up the Red Eagle Polo
Team. If you'd like to come watch us, just give Mary a call.
As I always say, evening polo is truly special. The temperatures
are usually lower, the sun is not so glaring, the sunsets are always
pretty, and the everyone seems to really be relaxed. So come on out
soon and give evening polo a try. You'll be hooked.
See you in the arena.
