my manual doesnt mention an air gap . and i assume there isnt one , isnt the shaft concentrict ( i think thats wat ya call it) where as it has a raised area...

Both fuses in mine (2002) (main and spare fuse) are 7A. The fuse holder even has a sticker on it that says 7A. I would assume it's 7A. ** Salvation Army toy...

u dont need the battery to start it george, just pull the wires apart that run to the ignition switch , u wont have any blinkers or tail light but the bike...
