Nick The piston is the same but the cylinder, and head are different. Even if you can get them to bolt on to your CT110 case your intake isn't going to fit....

The CT110 top end doesn't bolt on to a K5 case unless you re-bore the case and if you do that you need a CT110 crank that doesn't fit the K5 unless you machine...
