Check the other end of the brake arm too - ie where it mounts on the swingarm. Mine does this too, and it's because the bolt hole in the brake arm is elongated

did u check the stay that holds the brake hub still ,its on right side and bolts to the hub and to the frame it could be loose leting the hub spin slightly
