Hi Jaime, If your feet sweat then the big problem is getting the moisture away from your skin. So use some fancy socks that wick moisture (wool, polypro)....

bags work, what you don't want is cold water in direct contact with your foot which removes heat extremely quickly. neoprene socks would give the same benefit...
