Nice ride Thursday night. 5 of us went up the Wandle Trail to Wimbledon Park
to see the Dragon Boat racing. We only caught the final race but there were
quite a few people there. Beautiful summer's night ride. Back along London
Cycle Network roads. 14 miles, out for 2.5 hours.

John has a midnight ride on Saturday. Meet 9pm at the library for a 15 mile
quiet jaunt up onto the peaks of Wimbledon Common. Bring food and drinks.
One day away from a full moon so should be fun!

Sunday is another chance to head out to Nonsuch Park and Epsom Downs but
this time riding over the Downs to the picture-postcard village of Headley.
Lunch at the village tea rooms or bring sandwiches. Back via Banstead and
Oaks Park. About 28 miles. 26 degrees predicts weather.com.
