Here's the next few rides. Check the website for start times etc...

Sunday 7th May 2006 - THE MINT AT BANSTEAD
Using quiets roads and London Cycle Network routes, we'll head to Nonsuch
Park for coffee and cakes. Then we'll skirt past the breath-taking Epsom
Downs on the way to the rural Mint pub at Banstead for lunch. The return
will be a swift descent via Oaks Park towards Beddington Park and back along
the off-road path to Mitcham Common. 28 miles.

Sunday 14th May 2006 - PETTS WOOD
Following parts of the Waterlink Way, we'll head to Beckenham Place Park for
mid-morning coffee and then cut through suburbia to Chislehurst Caves and on
to Petts Wood through Jubilee Country Park. Lunch at one of the pubs near
the station. Back through Norman Park and along whichever quiet roads take
our fancy. 29 miles.

Sunday 21st May 2006 - DENBIES VINEYARD
A ride along Stane Street, the ancient Roman Road, to the UK's largest
vineyard. We'll use residential streets to Sutton and then onto Nonsuch Park
for our first stop. A series of bridleways leads us to Epsom where we pick
up the undulating stony Stane Street byway all the way to Jupiter Hill near
Box Hill and then onto the cycle track into Denbies. Meals are around the
£7 mark but there's always the Ryka's greasy spoon down the road for
those who don't want to splash out. Returning via the cycle path along the
dual carriageway to Leatherhead and along a bridleway to Epsom Downs and
home via Oaks Park. It's a fairweather ride so if it's been raining, we'll
switch to the old Epsom Explorer route. A tough 30 miles.

Monday 29th May 2006 - DAY TRIP TO FRANCE
Sorry - we're going to have to postpone this. There is no availability on
the ferry and there's no guarantee they'll let us on if we turn up. Let's
try again when it isn't a bank holiday.
