Hello All

 

Here at Commonside we are running a project to bring our diverse local communities together. We are working with an arts group to produce a mosaic for the front of the building about the history of Pollards Hill and the heritage of people that live here. I feel that PHC is now a significant part of the ‘cultural landscape’ in Pollards Hill and it would be great if the mosaic could reflect that!

 

So, if you have some time this Saturday please come along to the design workshop running here from 10 am to 4pm – you just have to pop in and give your ideas to our artists, or you can sketch it out for yourself. Commonside is almost next door to the library – the building where we ran ‘Love Yr Bike’.

 

There will be an opportunity later in the month to come and join in creating the mosaic
