From the 16th January 2006 bikes will not be allowed onto Southern Trains
during peak hours 0700-1000 and 1600-1900 on the London to Brighton line.
This is ANY journey is ANY direction on this line - whether or not anyone
else is on the train. There will be no discretion by train/station staff.
