the head ranger at Rancho is getting a new position and we will have to go
through the Rancho San Rafael Advisory board for permission to do trail work
and maintenance in the park.

The advisory board will be meeting again on September 10. We will be there
with our plan to address the trail system at Rancho and beyond.

We will let you know if we should have bodies with pitch forks and torches
at the meeting, but in the meantime will lay some ground work to make it go
as fast, smooth and positive as possible.

Randy and I feel really bad about getting everyone's hopes up, we are even
more frustrated than you.

Thanks for everyone's input on the N-Trail and all the hard work on the
Browns Creek trail earlier this year. Will keep you posted.
