Having problems with message search?
All regions that do not have 4 directors can have more. Some regions don't have any directors. There's a list on http://geocities.com/poacyouth
I detailed the election process proposal in a post a few months ago. I can't remember all the dates I used but they're on that post. I was thinking that we would keep the same directors next year, since this year was only a half year, and so we can fully establish all of our systems. We will just add directors from weakly represented regions.
