I am sending a news article for the magazine that requests more
volunteers to be directors. There are still some regions without
directors or without the maximum number of directors. Remember these
directors won't replace the current ones, they will just fill in vacant
positions for next year. Next year will be the first full year for our
nomination/election processes to apply.

Shalene and I are still working on writing out some basic rules and
defining the YAB. When we're done we will talk with a lawyer who will
help us finish them, and I think they will go in the rule book. At the
sale some of our proposals were turned down because we don't have good
enough guidelines, so that's why we are focusing on that.
