Att: Horse Trail Riders!

This Saturday, Dec. 2, there is a Trail Clearing Day at NP Dodge Park in Omaha. The horse trails are pretty grown over and much improvement can be made with just a couple hours of work. This trail clearing is being put on by equestrian volunteers in cooperation with the park and they need your help!

Beginning at 11:00 AM, bring you nippers, loppers or saws (wear your gloves & hat) & come to NP Dodge!

Directions to NP Dodge Park - you would exit Hwy 680 at the 30th street exit, turn right onto 30th, then immediately get into the LH lane to turn left at the light. Go to the three way stop sign below the bridge, then turn left (north). Go approximately 1/2 mile and turn right into the Park. You'll go straight until you reach the very first road you can turn left on (this is kind of confusing because you can go like 5 different directions). Turn left, stay left and wind around the back to the horse parking lot.

For those on Trail Time, you can get Ride Time Credit for Trail Clearings! Just indicate "Trail Clearing" when you submit your hours!
