hi all, im from australia and started a small group of pinoys who
regularly play badminton on weekends.

just want to ask those who played in competitions before, whether it is
a fault if upon service the shuttlecock hit the net? and if you could
post relevant rules and source. thanks a lot!

p.s. IBF launched the new Rally Point Scoring system effective Feb 1,
2006.
