What's the deal on
TT there?
Got this from Shirley in Sales: "We have an agreement with TT; our members can visit their preserves for up to 14 days for $12 per day; their members can visit us for the same. We are not using any more sites; we are using CCC Sites; so the members are not losing any sites. Talk to you soon - Shirley"
I had pushed hard for the conversion of one of their superb tennis courts into a couple pickleball courts all last year. So I hope RVers will visit and use the new courts, letting them know that is one reason they chose them over Rushmore Shadows (ROD+, C2C) just 8 miles away. It was not easy to convince them, as those who don't know about pickleball tend to be reluctant to do it. But as you know, the RV parks with it, such as some of the TTNs (Thousand Trails/NACO), keep their courts busy and the sales of paddles and balls in their stores is a side benefit.
For other RVers not familiar with Hart Ranch Camping Resort in the fabulous Black Hills of SD, see www.hartranchresort.com/welcome.html . I don't know if they have updated their recreation to include pickleball yet. I know Tracy, the manager, said some folks were out playing even before the net was put up.
