hi gayann, this is you knee speaking. Congratulations w/ your great Miamiman race. A word of advice; take a day rest for every mile you race. Take it easy and wait  another week before you race. Stay healthy and strong. Give your body a chance to heal.

Be careful everyone.I rode with a lady today and she informed me her
car was broken into at the 54 entrance to the Suncoast parkway.she left
her purse under the seat with a towel draped over it.It is possible
that someone watches out to see when ever a person leaves the parking
lot to go exersize. She had $600.00 charged from Hess and $1200.00
charged from Walmart..LEAVE ALL PERSONAL BELONGINGS AT HOME OR TAKE

Good morning Warriors. It was great seeing everyone last night at the
meeting. So what's up for the weekend? Is anyone preparing for a
race? Where are you planning on training this weekend?

Tom did some research for a San Antonio ride. He has three different
distances, the first is a 40 mile ride. Tom, when did you want to do
the San Antonio ride?
