hi gayann, this is you knee speaking. Congratulations w/ your great Miamiman race. A word of advice; take a day rest for every mile you race. Take it easy and wait another week before you race. Stay healthy and strong. Give your body a chance to heal. greetings, Charles

Erin, I often do intervals at palm harbor middle, its a great track, its always opened. This is football season and I think kids practice during the week in the eve. haven't been in awhile. It is PH rec.
Does anyone know of a local high school track that is open to the public for running? I am supposed to do interval work on a track as part of my 1/2 marathon training and the PHUHS gate to the track is always locked. Thanks! Erin

Be careful everyone.I rode with a lady today and she informed me her
car was broken into at the 54 entrance to the Suncoast parkway.she left
her purse under the seat with a towel draped over it.It is possible
that someone watches out to see when ever a person leaves the parking
lot to go exersize. She had $600.00 charged from Hess and $1200.00
charged from Walmart..LEAVE ALL PERSONAL BELONGINGS AT HOME OR TAKE
MINIMAL WITH YOU ON YOUR SELF.you just dont know who could be watching
to wait for you to leave.BE SAFE,RIDE STRONG AND PLAY HARD...

Glad you enjoyed the meeting and thanks for coming. Welcome to the club!
Tony
Last night Dave and I enjoyed our first meeting. We look forward to
attending more and getting to know each of you better. Thanks for
having welcoming us in.
Good morning Warriors. It was great seeing everyone last night at the
meeting. So what's up for the weekend? Is anyone preparing for a
race? Where are you planning on training this weekend?
Tom did some research for a San Antonio ride. He has three different
distances, the first is a 40 mile ride. Tom, when did you want to do
the San Antonio ride?
