palm harbor middle school on tampa and 19th has a track and you can use it as long as the kids aren't using it for school

Does anyone know of a local high school track that is open to the
public for running? I am supposed to do interval work on a track as
part of my 1/2 marathon training and the PHUHS gate to the track is
always locked. Thanks!
