Proposed Rule: To facilitate uneven player number trades, each PHL Franchise
roster shall be allowed to have their total roster to deviate from the 30 player
maximum.
There would be no limit (or minimum) on the number of players on a team roster,
except at the annual redraft, when each roster would have 30 players at the
conclusion of the draft.
