IT’S A MOON RUN!
The Park Forest Running & Pancake Club cordially invites you to a Moon Run this upcoming Thursday.
Where: Frankfort, Old Plank Trail Parking Lot (use the lot that is just East of the Always Open)
When: Thursday, April 8th at 7PM
Why: Because we love to run by the light of the full moon.
Cost: NOTHING. It’s absolutely FREE.
Distance/Speed: Various paces/distances. We tend to keep it around 4 miles.
Our club does this every month through fall. It’s just an excuse to get in an evening run in a safe environment, followed by some socialization (and refreshments/food – isn’t that why we run?) at a local watering stop. Following this month’s moon run we’ll go to Kansas Street Grill – walking distance from the Old Plank Trail.
Come meet fellow ‘crazies’ (aka runners) and howl at the full moon with us!
