Pete withdrew from the Templeton due to a
strained ligament that he suffered during his first round
of play. He was quoted as saying that it did not
bother him during the match but was very stiff and he
was experiencing back spasms these last next two
days. He will prepare to play in the Tennis Masters
Event next week at Indian Wells. Aggasi lost.
