Not a bad theory, but as the Moore suits have gone nowhere, I don't
know if there is any precedent.

Avery might be a loudmouthed moron, but he's not wrong in this...and
the guys who take his sloppy seconds look really foolish. Maybe they
need to examine their own choices rather than trying to shoot the
messenger.
