It is also Tremonts' Christmas Walk.  All of the businesses (yes, all 10-12

I may make it to the swim, but not for the lunch.  I've done way, way too much

Okay, now I got it, if you take a right off of Lourds Road, it Sante
Fe Road and if you take a left  off Lourdes , Lourds Church (I think
that is the name) continues.

It is funny, I am on Sante Fe road once or twice a week and never
noticed the name of the road is different if I were to take a left
off of Lourds.

Are you sure?  I come from Peoria to Lourds and Sante Fe road every Tuesday.  I take 116 East (towards Metamora), turn left onto Lourds road and it T's at Sante Fe, I take a right, however on Sante Fe I can take a right or a left. 

It is confusing, I cannot figure out how I can take a right on Lourds and also end up at the T at Sante Fe road.

What are you doing on New Year's Day?  POLAR PLUNGE!!!

Jumping into the Illinois River on the first day of the year has become a
tradition for many of us.  The last 2 years the IVS group has won the
largest group award.  I think it's time for Tri-Peoria to bring home the
trophy.  If we wore our club uniforms we would probably get best dressed
also!

It starts about noon at the boat club in Spring Bay.  All proceeds go to the
Children's Hospital.

Mark it on your calendar.  More details to follow.
