MAJOR topic on the Field is to determine why Rose let go of Jack on
Titanic.
We really don't know what was going through Rose's mind, but I do
have a
theory. Those of you on the list have heard this, but for the new
people - I
believe that Rose was President of a 19th Century Booster Club whose
soul
purpose in life was their own gain. Her Booster Club would lie and
deceive
to get what they wanted either emotionally or financially. This
would become
the blue print for which all Booster Clubs would be run....WHAT would
have
happened if Peter Gammons was on Titanic? Well, Rose probably would
have let
HIM go too. ESPN's baseball coverage would be more interesting, but
our
fearless leader - JHG - would have no one to tell off in 1991....IN THE NEWS -
The
POPEMAKES HIS FIRST VISIT TO THE USA....... We must continue to pray for
peace....AND
