Having problems with message search?
Cinderella training on the road will begin
in January. Haven’t even started working on it yet – too busy on the home
front!!! But everyone should be doing weight training through the winter
months and get on those trainers and treadmills!!! Once upon a time, I hosted
training clinics in my garage – we all brought our trainers and rollers and
worked out together to music. Might be a possibility for those in the San
Ramon area – Everyone should start a group in their area and train at least

We can meet at the edge of the parking lot, there is plenty of parking and
there is a Starbucks around the corner for after the ride.
